CVAI is a Clinician-led network that connects Cathlab-equipped partner hospitals with satellite OPDs and digital care coordination systems to deliver timely, high-quality cardiac and vascular care close to patients’ homes. Our network model is designed to increase access, optimize Cathlab utilization, support referring physicians, and maintain consistent clinical outcomes across centers.
Cathlab Hubs — Partner Hospitals
Our Cathlab hubs are mid-size hospitals where interventional procedures and advanced vascular care are performed under standardized CVSI protocols.

Satellite OPDs — Local Access Points
Satellite OPDs provide diagnostics, initial evaluation, and follow-up care so patients do not need to travel to tertiary centres for routine needs.
Active OPD locations: Manchar, Alephata, Moshi, Wakad, Rahatani, Sangavi, Vishrantwadi, Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Kharadi and Kalyani Nagar.
How the Network Works — Operative Overview
Local evaluation
Patient is assessed at a satellite OPD or referring clinic.
Triage & referral
Using CVAI coordination channels (EMR or moderated WhatsApp clusters), the patient is triaged to the appropriate hub.
Procedure coordination
CVAI schedules cath-lab time, secures consumables, and assigns the operating specialist per the group’s availability.
Post-procedure continuity
Follow-up at the originating OPD or another convenient satellite center; outcomes are logged in the outcomes registry.
